(More customer reviews)After doing research on colon cleansing, I ordered a bottle of Digext It Colon Cleanser. Not expecting any drastic side effect as assured by the online reviews I took two daily doses of two capsules a day. Drank lots of water and waited for the herbs to do their job. Day one increased bowel movements. Day two increased bowel movement which started to cause cramping in the left side of my abdomin. As the day went on movements stopped and pain increased. I lost a nights sleep and found slight relief from taking GasX. Finally resorted to taking Ativan a muscle relaxer and Tylonol PM a pain med and used a heating pad for direct relief from the pain; continued this for two days. Still waiting for pain to subside.
I would strongly suggest that anyone using this product do so with caution. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone for fear that you might experience the same nightmare I had to go through. I returned the product for a refund.
