(More customer reviews)I did not want to take the "Activa" yogurt-type foods because they contain gelatin, so I tried this, two caps in the a.m. and again in p.m. with meals. I'm a vegetarian (now mostly vegan) for 40 yrs, with good diet, but my health improved even more with this product. Elimination vastly improved, yeast infections and UTIs gone! It's inexpensive too. I'm no expert but it appears to be eliminating candida in my body.
