(More customer reviews)I certainly must say that YMMV because I don't mind NanOmega's flavor at all. I make smoothies before working out with NanOmega, NanoGreens10, and NanoProPRP. I chuck a bunch of frozen fruit in a blender with cold water and a scoop each of the three aforementioned powders. If I have some plain yogurt I'll toss that in too. I get great energy and much quicker recovery times from daily workouts (russian kettlebells 3X weekly, masters swim 2X, run or bike the other days).
I have had NanOmega 3 as a straight mix with water and it isn't great. Mixed with juice or other fruits and it is great.
