I ordered it once before and when I went to order new bottle when mine ran out I couldn't find it for 6 months and I never gave up looking because I liked it so much and one day out of the blue I searched for it and found it. It's all natural I have no side affects and I actually recommend it to everyone. Makes you use the bathroom regularly if that is an issue for you. But it's not harsh like a laxative or give you stomach cramps like I've had with other products in the past.
