I suffered with a little bit of die-off but its nothing that cannot be put under control. Its very important to research about the symptoms of die-off and how to control it because it could be more of a problem for some people.
I would recommend this product to anyone suffering with yeast problems but don't stop taking it because of die-off symptoms. You will experience die-off if the product is *really* attacking the actual problem.
