I've tried another probiotic before, but it didn't seem to have any benefits. This formula seems to be effective. In particular, I started using it to compensate for a presumed decrease in healthy oral bacteria that is believed to have contributed to an increased incidence of canker sores. Combining this probiotic formula with an SLS-free toothpaste, Xylitol-based natural mouthwash, and a canker sore treatment has effectively resolved a nearly 2-month-long outbreak of canker sores. I've noticed that mouth injuries (e.g., burned tongue from hot liquids, stabbed gums from sharp foods like chips) seem to be healing much more quickly since I began using this product, which is alone an excellent benefit.
