And my stomach does not stick out like it use to it does not feel as firm and going to the bathroom is easier. The thing with acidophilus is it is a friendly bacteria the helps the digestive system (greatly) removing packed waste in you intestinal track that can stay there and rot, also firms your stools. It is also known to help with women's vaginal health. Even if you are regular (like me) I would still recommend taking this product I have noticed improvements. I take one a day after dinner,
