My doctor cautioned me that I had to lower my cortisol or I would not lose weight. It's all connected - and not always what you are eating. I was on a plateau for five years. I started taking one of these Stress Relief tablets each morning and I did feel calmer and didn't get uptight as quickly as normal. There are no side effects whatsoever.
