(More customer reviews)I have been taken probiotics(from another brand) for a while but did not see outstanding effect for my intiestine digetive system. The immunologist of mine suggested the use of this brand because the bacteria blend is well balanced which can defeat the bad bacteria being colonized in our digestive system. Take 1-2 capsules (depend on your condition) daily. Prefer breakfast and dinner. Take it with a glass of cold water to allow the microrganisms to be established in the stomach before food intaking. After using it persistantly for about two weeks, I can feel the improvement of my system. I will continue using this brand.
