(More customer reviews)Bio-Kult seems like good stuff. After I ordered this here on Amazon, I discovered that it is actually cheaper if you order it on the Gut And Psychology Syndrome (GAPS) diet website; $37-42/bottle (depending on how many you order). I paid $50 here at Amazon.
I've posted pictures of the box and container from all of the different angles so that you can see what the package and bottle say.
You're supposed to take 1-2 capsules, twice daily. So this bottle contains enough for 1-2 months, depending on how often you take it. The capsules seems small and skinny compared to average capsule size, so I don't have any problems taking them. They don't have a strong flavor.
I have noticed that Bio-Kult is affecting my digestive system. I think this is a good thing, and I am looking forward to see whether I experience some of the other benefits.
