For the last 3.5 years it has gotten worse and was unable to eat any seasoned food, Mexican, spaghetti, etc. I went to my local health food store and this product was recommended. I was skeptical and didn't want to get a yeast infection ( as I had with other acidophilus products). She gave me a 10 day sample & I did not notice a difference, but I bought a bottle. I have now been using this product for 2 1/2 months (2 capsules daily) and the results are AMAZING. I can now eat seasoned foods again, Mexican, Chinese and all with no problems. There are a few major triggers that I still can't eat, but this has made an INCREDIBLE difference in my life. It's nice to be able to go out to restaurants again and eat.
