Undecenoic acid is extracted from castor bean oil. (Don't eat castor bean oil itself, it is toxic.) Follow McCombs Plan (used to be called Lifeforce Plan) because the diet you combine with this product has a huge impact. His book is available for little money on Amazon. The other supplements you will need is a potent natural C-vitamin, as well as plenty of probiotics. Benefits are great, however, for anyone who ever took antibiotics in their life (and hasn't already successfully completed a candida cleanse). If in doubt, by his book second hand and read it before buying the product. Also you can google candida cleanse testimonials. Undecenoic acid is the most potent yeast fighting agent there is (more potent than caprylic acid). And most of us have yeast overgrowth although we are not aware of it and also not aware of all the problems it causes. I followed the plan and lost weight rapidly - clearly noticeable results within two weeks, and less bloating in 3 days. But you have to follow the full plan, not only take this product. It is easier than other anti-candida diets, however, as you will be allowed to eat fruit and potatoes, for example.
