(More customer reviews)Buyer beware! This is a wonderful product, but retails for $9.19 most other places on the web, not the $34.83 being asked for here. The product description is accurate, but you need to understand that each 5 g packet of starter makes 1 ltr or qt. The total weight for the item described, granted without packing material, is 1 oz (30 g). Does it make sense to pay $7.14(includes the $8.03 shipping cost) for the starter alone for your 1 ltr of homemade yogurt??? I think not. Try a simple web search for another source and pass this one by. I am disappointed that this seller would charge such an unreasonable price and would NOT suggest that you purchase it.
