(More customer reviews)I have been taking some form of an acidophilus product every day for over 15 years and was recommended this brand by my GYN Doctor over 6 years ago. I have been taking 1 capsule every day since and have been very happy with the results. Although the product says that it doesn't need to be refrigerated, I always do unless I'm traveling - Plus I purchase the product directly from the manufacturer which comes shipped in a cold pack to preserve the potency. I have also found that the acidophilus works best when taken separate from my meals (at least 1/2 hour before and 3 hours after a meal).
