When I was released my doctor listed this product as one he wanted me to take because of all the antibiotics I was taking. He also said that this product would be a good one to take even after I finished my medication. Both my wife and I are taking it daily now and our digestions are operating very smoothly. We've gotten on the monthly delivery that Amazon provides and that makes it smooth as silk.
