(More customer reviews)Healthy Trinity is a great product albeit a pricey one. Getting it nearly half off of what you would pay from buying from Natren directly is, unfortunately, a deal that is too good to be true in this case.
Direct Super Center does not ship the product with cold packs or dry ice. When I contact them they stated that "Healthy Trinity is a product that is good up to 72 hours without refrigeration" and they recommended expedited shipping. I called Natren and a rep named Caroline informed me that this is absolutely not true. It needs to be shipped cold and the the probiotics will die otherwise which leaves you with a damn expensive bottle of worthlessness. The rep told me that they get this a lot, that companies often send their product in these dubious ways and that it is a constant effort to stop these practices but are unable to combat it all with the ubiquity of internet sales.
So DO buy this product (in my opinion, it seems to help me & my IBD) but DO NOT buy from this vendor or any other that does not ship it cold.
