(More customer reviews)I concur with the comment above. The product is great! It's the best probiotic I've ever taken, and I'm not sure why as I've taken others with much higher bacteria counts, but this one really works well.
However, shipping without refrigeration is like throwing the product away. I bought mine on Ebay, and it came shipped with an ice pack which was still very very cold. That's the way to do it, I hope Amazon gets after their vendor and does this right.
