I had more energy throughout the day and even managed to lose a few pounds. However, this could be to an empty intestine. Still the proof is in how well it is working for you. And it made me feel great.
It's fairly easy to stick to the regimen of taking tea in the evening and pills in the morning followed by a fiber shake. The instructions call for waiting 20 minutes in the morning before taking the fiber. Not a problem since it takes me about this time for me to get ready in the morning any way. So take the pills, set the timer and go about getting ready for the day. When the timer went off I'd just walk over and take the fiber.
Some claim to see interesting stuff come out. I saw some black stuff intermingled with what I consider ordinary stool. From reading I suspect it is the stuff that is supposed to have clung into the folds of the intestine and have been dislodged.
Next I will try the heavy metal removing stuff.
I read the review of another person. All I can tell you is it worked for me. I suspect if your ailments are not due to intestinal problems like me then you will very likely not benefit from this product. How can it? Your problems are somewhere else in your body.
