(More customer reviews)Having used this for about ten days, escalating slowly to a teaspoon dose per day, I can say that it really works. No longer do I have gas, or irregular bowel movements, or nightly tummy gurgling and indigestion. It mixes easily in a glass of juice and is absolutely tasteless. I'm a total believer, and I don't usually jump on any of the nutritional bandwagons.
