(More customer reviews)I take this L. bulgaricus probiotic because it has been said to be effective for ulcers, gastritis, and upset stomach. It helps me a great deal. It is naturally flavored, and the taste is pleasant. It can be a little chalky, so make sure you sip some water afterwards. The product needs to be stored in the refrigerator. I do not need to eat anything when taking it (unlike some probiotics, where I needed some milk or a snack with them).
