Not sure why they changed the name, or stopped carrying it, or why no one else has reviewed this product, but it was recommended to me by a Wild Oats (before they became Whole Foods) employee and now can only get it on Amazon. I wanted something for a trip to Mexico because I have a tendency to forget that the water isn't safe and usually end up at least brushing my teeth in it, and this does help counteract the side effects completely. The only thing it hasn't worked for is alleviating the side effects of food poisoning, but in that case it's probably best to be throwing up the offending food anyway.
