(More customer reviews)I started taking this product in addition to Benefiber. I just noticed the directions say for a child over 3 to take 1/4 a pill, once a day. These are not tablets, they are gell caps, how do you seperate out 1/4 of the powder inside the tablet and then administer it? Seriously Phillips your company is slipping.
