(More customer reviews)I have tried EVERYTHING to get to sleep. Prescriptions, homeopahtic, over-the-counter----EVERYTHING!!!
This gets me relaxed, to sleep, I stay asleep and I wake up refreshed--not zombified.
I've tried other combo supplements that have Valerian, plus GABA or plus Melatonin, Tryptophan, etc, etc. The plain Valerian works best for me.
